You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
We are committed to refunding the purchase amount to your bank account within 30 business days after receiving your return.

Easy returns in three simple steps

Step 1: Complete the return form
Download the [return form] and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the form.
Make sure the package includes a tracking code (track & trace).
As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment — this helps avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
As soon as we receive your package, we will process the refund to your bank account within five business days.
