Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Each order is carefully checked before shipment and processed within 24 hours.
The average delivery time is 8 to 15 business days.
We ship directly from our supplier to guarantee fair prices and uncompromising quality.

Q: The delivery time has passed — where is my order?
A: In most cases, orders arrive within the expected timeframe. However, slight delays may occur during transit.

If you still haven’t received your order 3 days after the estimated date, please contact us.

Q: Some items are missing from my order — why?
A: Certain items may be shipped separately, as we collaborate with multiple workshops and suppliers chosen for their craftsmanship.
If an item is missing, it will usually be delivered within an additional 2 to 3 days.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Q: What are the shipping fees?
A: Shipping is completely free, with no minimum purchase required.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: I’d like to return an item — is that possible?
A: Yes, of course. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return or exchange your items.

Q: How do I make a return?
A: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Returns must include a track & trace code, and shipping remains your responsibility.

Once your items are received and inspected, the total purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Q: My Track & Trace code doesn’t work — why?
A: Tracking information becomes active once your package has been scanned by the carrier.
A short delay may occur before the tracking data appears.
