The average delivery time is 8 to 15 business days.
We ship directly from our suppliers to ensure fair pricing and uncompromising quality.
Q: My delivery is delayed — where is my order?
A: In most cases, orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, slight delays may occur during transit.

Q: Some items are missing from my order — why?
A: Some items may be shipped separately, as we work with multiple ateliers and suppliers selected for their craftsmanship.
If an item is missing, it will usually arrive within an additional 2 to 3 days.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping is completely free, with no minimum purchase required.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Q: I’d like to return an item — is that possible?
A: Yes, of course. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return or exchange your items.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Returns must include a tracking code (track & trace), and shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Once the items are received and inspected, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
